一. The advantage of the plate and tube integrated machine is that it adds a tube cutting function on the basis of the original fiber laser cutting machine, adapting to modern assembly line operations and making the work faster and more convenient. Its advantages are as follows:

1. Excellent beam quality: The focused spot is smaller, the cutting lines are fine, the work efficiency is high, and the processing quality is good. 

2. High cutting speed: It is twice as fast as a CO2 laser cutting machine of the same power.

3. High stability: Using IPG fiber lasers or Ruike fiber lasers, the performance is stable, and the service life of key components can reach up to 100,000 hours.

4. High electro-optical conversion efficiency: The electro-optical conversion efficiency of the fiber laser cutting machine is three times higher than that of the CO2 laser cutting machine, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. 

5. Low usage cost: The power consumption of the whole machine is only 20-30% of that of similar CO2 laser cutting machines. 

6. Low maintenance cost: There is no working gas for the laser; with fiber optic transmission, there is no need for reflection lenses, which can save a large amount of maintenance costs.

1) 光纤激光器电-光转化效率高,转换效率达30%以上,可大幅度节约工作时的耗电,节省运行成本,达到较高的生产效率;

2) 激光器运行时仅仅需要电能,不需要产生激光的额外气体,具有较低的运行和维护费用;
3) 光纤激光器采用半导体模块化和冗余设计,谐振腔内无光学镜片,不需要启动时间,具有免调节、免维护、高稳定性的优点,降低了配件成本和维护的时间,这是传统激光器无法比拟的;
4) 光纤激光器的输出波长为1.06微米,是CO2波长的1/10,输出的光束质量好,功率密度高,有利于金属材料的吸收,具有卓越的切割、焊接能力,从而使加工的费用降低;
5) 整机光路由光纤传输,不需要复杂的反射镜等导光系统,光路简单,结构稳定,外光路免维护;
6) 光通过光纤导出,使机械系统的设计变得非常简单,非常容易与机器人或多维工作台集成;
7) 激光器加上光闸后可以一器多机,通过光纤分光,分成多路多台同时工作,易于扩展功能,升级方便、简单;

4、该机采用龙门式结构,进口减速机及高精密的直线导轨,传动平稳,精度高,大大的提高了机床的生产效率。
5、机床采用整体焊接结构,退火后进行粗加工,然后进行振动时效处理,可以消除焊接及加工的应力,刚性好、精度高、可保持长时间使用不变形。
6、横梁采用铝合金整体铸造,经两次高温退后后粗加工,再振动时效后,经高精密加工成型,刚性好、重量轻、动态性能好。
7、进口高精度电控比例阀,精确控制切割辅助气体的气压,以达精确的切割效果。
8、激光切割机的基本原理

       激光切割的原理是将激光束聚焦成很小的光点,使焦点处达到很高的功率密度,这是光束输入(由光能转换)的热量远远超过被材料反射,传导或扩散的部份,材料很快加热到气化的温度,蒸发形成孔洞。随着光束和材料相对线性移动,使孔洞形成宽度很窄的切缝。

4. This machine adopts a gantry structure, imported reducers and high-precision linear guides. The transmission is stable and the precision is high, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the machine tool.

5. The machine tool adopts an integral welding structure. After annealing, it is roughly processed, and then undergoes vibration aging treatment. This can eliminate the stress from welding and processing. It has good rigidity, high precision and can maintain its shape without deformation after long-term use.

6. The crossbeam is integrally cast from aluminum alloy. After two high-temperature treatments, it is roughly processed. Then, after vibration aging treatment, it is formed through high-precision processing. It has good rigidity, light weight and excellent dynamic performance.

7. Imported high-precision electronically controlled proportional valve accurately controls the air pressure of the cutting auxiliary gas to achieve an accurate cutting effect.

8. Basic Principle of the Laser Cutting Machine

The principle of laser cutting is to focus the laser beam into a very small spot, so that a very high power density is achieved at the focal point. At this time, the heat input by the light beam (converted from light energy) far exceeds the part that is reflected, conducted or diffused by the material. The material is quickly heated to the gasification temperature, and evaporation forms a hole. As the light beam and the material move linearly relative to each other, the hole forms a very narrow slit.
