工作原理:

利用光纤激光器产生高能量密度的激光束,照射到工件表面,使工件瞬间熔化或气化,同时通过数控系统精确控制激光头的运动轨迹,实现对工件的高精度切割。

结构组成

1、 双交换工作台:由两个可交替使用的工作台组成,当一个工作台进行切割时,另一个工作台可同步进行上料和下料操作,大幅节省上下料时间,提高生产效率。

2、 激光切割头:激光通过光纤传输到切割头,切割头中的光学元件将激光束聚焦到工件表面,实现高精度切割。部分切割头还具备自动变焦功能,可根据切割材料和厚度自动调整焦距。

3、 数控系统:全功能数控系统,通过人机界面可方便地转换多种切割功能,内置激光切割工艺参数库,可实现对切割过程的精确控制。

4、传动系统:通常采用齿轮齿条或滚珠丝杠传动,配合伺服电机,实现激光切割头在X、Y、Z轴方向上的高精度运动,保证切割精度和速度。

5、冷却系统:采用水冷方式,对光纤激光器、切割头及其他关键部件进行冷却,确保设备在长时间运行过程中保持稳定的性能。

Working Principle:

It uses a fiber laser to generate a laser beam with a high energy density, which irradiates the surface of the workpiece, making the workpiece melt or vaporize instantly. At the same time, the precise movement trajectory of the laser head is controlled by the numerical control system to achieve high-precision cutting of the workpiece.

Structural Composition

1、 Double-exchange Workbench: It consists of two workbenches that can be used alternately. When one workbench is cutting, the other workbench can simultaneously perform loading and unloading operations, which greatly saves the loading and unloading time and improves production efficiency.

2、 Laser Cutting Head: The laser is transmitted to the cutting head through the optical fiber. The optical components in the cutting head focus the laser beam on the surface of the workpiece to achieve high-precision cutting. Some cutting heads also have an automatic zoom function, which can automatically adjust the focal length according to the cutting material and thickness.

3、 Numerical Control System: It is a full-featured numerical control system. Various cutting functions can be conveniently switched through the human-machine interface. It has a built-in laser cutting process parameter library to achieve precise control of the cutting process.

4、Transmission System: Usually, gear rack or ball screw transmission is adopted, and it is equipped with a servo motor to realize the high-precision movement of the laser cutting head in the X, Y and Z axis directions, ensuring the cutting accuracy and speed.

5、 Cooling System: It adopts the water cooling method to cool the fiber laser, cutting head and other key components, ensuring that the equipment maintains stable performance during long-term operation.

1、 High Efficiency and Time-saving: The structure of the double-exchange platform enables the simultaneous operation of loading/unloading and cutting. The workbench exchange can be completed within 15-16 seconds. Compared with the traditional single-platform cutting machine, the production efficiency is greatly improved.

2、 High Cutting Quality: The energy density of the laser beam is high. The cutting notch is narrow and thin. The two sides of the cutting seam are parallel and perpendicular to the surface. 3、 Energy-saving and Environment-friendly: The fiber laser has a high photoelectric conversion efficiency and low power consumption. Moreover, a large amount of cutting gas is not required during the cutting process, reducing energy consumption and operating costs.

4、High Safety: A closed sheet metal housing is adopted, and safety devices and door protection switches are equipped, which can effectively prevent operators from being harmed by laser radiation and splashes during the cutting process.

四、 光纤激光器的主要特点(IV. Main Features of the Fiber Laser):

1) 光纤激光器电-光转化效率高,转换效率达30%以上,可大幅度节约工作时的耗电,节省运行成本,达到较高的生产效率;
2) 激光器运行时仅仅需要电能,不需要产生激光的额外气体,具有较低的运行和维护费用;
3) 光纤激光器采用半导体模块化和冗余设计,谐振腔内无光学镜片,不需要启动时间,具有免调    节、免维护、高稳定性的优点,降低了配件成本和维护的时间,这是传统激光器无法比拟的;
4) 光纤激光器的输出波长为1.06微米,是CO2波长的1/10,输出的光束质量好,功率密度高,有利于金属材料的吸收,具有卓越的切割、焊接能力,从而使加工的费用降低;
5) 整机光路由光纤传输,不需要复杂的反射镜等导光系统,光路简单,结构稳定,外光路免维护;

 4). The output wavelength of the fiber laser is 1.06 micrometers, which is 1/10 of the CO2 wavelength. The output beam has good quality and high power density, which is conducive to the absorption of metal materials and has excellent cutting and welding capabilities, thus reducing the processing cost.

5). The entire optical path of the machine is transmitted through optical fibers, eliminating the need for complex light-guiding systems such as mirrors. The optical path is simple, the structure is stable, and the external optical path is maintenance-free.

6). Since the light is guided out through optical fibers, the design of the mechanical system becomes very simple, and it is very easy to integrate with robots or multi-dimensional workbenches.

7). After adding a shutter to the laser, one laser can serve multiple machines. Through optical fiber splitting, it can be divided into multiple channels for multiple machines to work simultaneously. It is easy to expand functions, and the upgrade is convenient and simple.

8). The fiber laser is small in size, lightweight, and its working position can be moved, occupying a small floor area.

2. Adopt an Automatic Zoom Laser Head

1). The focal point can be automatically adjusted, suitable for various focal lengths.

2). Capacitive sensing and a fully automatic follow-up system.

3). Adopt composite lenses and a built-in water cooling structure.

4). Double water cooling and constant temperature assurance for the collimation and focusing components.

5). Adopt a drawer-type mirror base for quick replacement of the protective lens; smooth and efficient air flow design.

6). Adapt to various fiber lasers.

7). Universal for short and long focal lengths, capable of achieving good cutting effects for both thin and thick plates.

8). All are equipped with collimation protective lenses to better protect the collimating mirrors.

9). The QBH circumferential position is adjustable to ensure that the red dot of each QBH faces outward, facilitating the insertion and extraction of the optical fiber head; the focal point position visible window ensures that the input focal point is exactly the same as the output focal point.
