2-HT67K双机联动板料折弯机性能与特点

     选用两台HT67K系列同规格折弯机,配置双机联动同步装置。
      两台折弯机联动可加工特长工件。
      两台机床还可以同时单独使用,提高生产效率,配有挠度补偿机构。
      同步机构采用机液伺服和机械挡块。

      滑块行程和后挡料架位轩采用机动快速调节,手动微调,电子数控显示。

      每台设备均配有下列机械性能。

Performance and Characteristics of 2-HT67K Double-machine Linkage Sheet Metal Press Brake

- Two HT67K series press brakes of the same specification are selected and equipped with a double-machine linkage synchronization device.

- When the two press brakes are linked, they can process extra-long workpieces.

- The two machines can also be used separately at the same time, which improves production efficiency. They are equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism.

- The synchronization mechanism adopts a mechanical-hydraulic servo system and mechanical stoppers.

- The stroke of the slider and the position of the backgauge are adjusted quickly by machine power, fine-tuned manually, and displayed numerically by an electronic control system.

- Each piece of equipment is equipped with the following mechanical properties.

2-HTB-6000T/12M 双机联动、DA69T 6+ 1数控折弯机的工作原理如下:

数控系统控制

DA69T数控系统作为核心控制单元,具有6+ 1轴控制能力。操作人员通过数控系统的操作界面输入折弯参数,如折弯角度、长度、速度等,系统依据这些参数生成精确的控制指令,以规划滑块的运动轨迹和动作顺序。

双机联动原理

两台折弯机通过电气控制系统实现同步联动。在工作时,两台机器的相应轴会同时接收数控系统发出的指令,以相同的速度、位移等参数进行动作,确保在对12米长的板材进行折弯时,能够在整个长度方向上均匀施加压力,保证折弯精度和板材的平整度。

电液伺服驱动

数控系统发出的电信号传达到电液伺服阀,电液伺服阀根据电信号精确控制液压油的流量和流向。液压油进入液压缸,推动活塞运动,进而驱动折弯机的滑块上下移动。由于电液伺服系统响应速度快、控制精度高,能够实现对滑块运动的精确控制。 

位置检测与反馈

在滑块及相关部件上安装有位移传感器,实时检测滑块的实际位置,并将位置信号反馈给数控系统。数控系统将实际位置与预设位置进行对比,若存在偏差,会及时调整电液伺服阀的控制信号,纠正滑块的运动,确保其准确到达目标位置。

压力控制

压力传感器检测液压系统中的压力值,并反馈给数控系统。数控系统根据加工要求和材料特性,通过电液伺服阀调节液压油压力,使折弯机在不同的折弯阶段施加合适的压力,避免出现过压或压力不足导致的质量问题。 

模具与板材定位

通过模具定位系统确保上下模具的安装精度和位置准确性。同时,板材定位装置会根据输入的板材尺寸和折弯要求,精确地定位板材的位置,保证板材在折弯过程中的定位精度,从而实现高质量的折弯加工。

Numerical Control System Control

The DA69T numerical control system serves as the core control unit and has the control capability of 12 + 1 axes. Operators input bending parameters such as the bending angle, length, and speed through the operation interface of the numerical control system. The system generates precise control instructions based on these parameters to plan the movement trajectory and action sequence of the slider.

Principle of Dual-machine Linkage

The two bending machines achieve synchronous linkage through the electrical control system. During operation, the corresponding axes of the two machines will simultaneously receive the instructions issued by the numerical control system and act with the same parameters such as speed and displacement. This ensures that when bending a 12-meter-long sheet metal, pressure can be evenly applied along the entire length direction, guaranteeing the bending accuracy and the flatness of the sheet metal.

Electro-hydraulic Servo Drive

The electrical signals sent by the numerical control system are transmitted to the electro-hydraulic servo valve. The electro-hydraulic servo valve precisely controls the flow rate and direction of the hydraulic oil according to the electrical signals. The hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston to move, and then driving the slider of the bending machine to move up and down. Due to the fast response speed and high control accuracy of the electro-hydraulic servo system, precise control of the movement of the slider can be achieved.

Position Detection and Feedback

Displacement sensors are installed on the slider and related components to detect the actual position of the slider in real time and feedback the position signal to the numerical control system. The numerical control system compares the actual position with the preset position. If there is a deviation, it will promptly adjust the control signal of the electro-hydraulic servo valve to correct the movement of the slider and ensure that it accurately reaches the target position.

Pressure Control

The pressure sensor detects the pressure value in the hydraulic system and feeds it back to the numerical control system. According to the processing requirements and material characteristics, the numerical control system adjusts the pressure of the hydraulic oil through the electro-hydraulic servo valve, enabling the bending machine to apply an appropriate pressure at different bending stages and avoiding quality problems caused by excessive pressure or insufficient pressure.

Mold and Sheet Metal Positioning

The installation accuracy and position accuracy of the upper and lower molds are ensured through the mold positioning system. At the same time, the sheet metal positioning device will accurately position the sheet metal according to the input sheet metal size and bending requirements, ensuring the positioning accuracy of the sheet metal during the bending process and thus achieving high-quality bending processing.

I. Performance:

  The use of the Dutch DeLem-DA69T (DA66T) or Swiss CYBELEC system as the basic CNC system endows the machine with high-efficiency performance. The machine features a beautiful, modern and streamlined cast-plastic shell, which is both elegant and practical. It allows the installation of buttons and selector switches for machine operation on the bottom panel.

   The integrated DA-69T or (DA66T) CNC system is equipped with the Delem 2D graphic programming design tool, which makes CNC programming convenient. With the hydraulic process specification function, it can reduce the machine adjustment and testing work. Just press a button, and the CNC program can be generated. It can automatically calculate the positions of all axes and directly proceed to production.

  The CNC system adopts advanced new technologies, with high flexibility and convenient operation. The USB interface provides a quick way to back up products and molds. The color TFT display and the stylish user interface are clear, which can provide convenience for rapid programming. DA-0ffine provides a solution for offline programming.

II. Equipment Characteristics:

  This machine tool is equipped with the imported Dutch DeLem-DA69T (DA66T) CNC system or the Swiss CYBELEC system.

It has a user-friendly boom. Based on the real-time Windows operating system, it is a three-dimensional color graphic CNC system for press brakes.

   The DeLem-DA69T (DA66T) or Swiss CYBELEC CNC system for press brakes integrates a friendly operation interface, a high-efficiency programming method, and a pride-worthy stability, which will greatly improve the working efficiency of the CNC press brake.

  The graphic programming technology inherits the traditional programming advantages of Delem or CYBELEC, and displays the workpieces, molds and machine tools in their actual proportions.

  The CNC system includes a 2D graphic programming software, which has functions such as automatic calculation of bending processes, workpiece interference detection, and a self-learning database. The application of the database will greatly improve the bending accuracy.

  The full-featured 3D graphic programming software clearly shows the actual configuration of the machine tool molds and the feasibility of achieving bending.

    It adopts a more efficient algorithm to optimize the entire working cycle of the Y axis, X axis, R axis and the compensation V axis, shortening the cycle periods of the Y axis, X axis, R axis and the compensation V axis, improving the working efficiency of the machine tool. At the same time, it makes the adjustment and control of the Y axis more convenient.

三、设备基本配置介绍:(设备标配)

1、整机采用钢板焊接结构,并经整体振动处理;

2、一次装夹整体加工,保障机身的刚性和加工精度;

3、标准为数控4+1轴,Y1 、Y2、 X1、X2、Z、R+ V;

4、电液伺服系统配合瑞士进口光栅尺,折弯精度更高;

5、液压挠度自动补给,消除滑块弯形对工件质量的影响;

6、原装进口集成液压控制系统减少管路安装,克服漏油;

7、后挡料采用台湾HIWIN(上银)直线导轨及滚珠丝杠驱动,速度更快精度更高;

8、上模选用快速夹紧,减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产效率;

9、可选配荷兰DELEM系统或瑞士CYBELEC系统;

10、可根据用户需要,后定位可控制六轴;

11、可选配液压上模夹紧。 

12增加数控(轴)调节功能另行商议。 

III. Introduction to the Basic Configuration of the Equipment (Standard Configuration of the Equipment)

1. The whole machine adopts a steel plate welding structure and has undergone overall vibration treatment.

2. It is processed as a whole in one clamping, ensuring the rigidity of the machine body and the machining accuracy.

3. The standard is a CNC 4 + 1 axis configuration, namely Y1, Y2, X1,X2, Z,R + V.

4. The electro-hydraulic servo system, in conjunction with the imported Swiss grating ruler, enables higher bending accuracy. 

5. Automatic hydraulic deflection compensation eliminates the influence of the slider deformation on the quality of the workpieces. 

6. The original imported integrated hydraulic control system reduces pipeline installation and overcomes oil leakage problems. 

7. The backgauge is driven by the Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails and ball screws, featuring faster speed and higher precision. 

8. The upper die is equipped with a quick clamping device, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves production efficiency. 

9. It can be optionally equipped with the Dutch DELEM system or the Swiss CYBELEC system. 

10. According to the needs of users, the rear positioning can control six axes.

11. Hydraulic upper die clamping can be optionally configured.

12. Matters regarding the addition of the CNC (axis) adjustment function shall be discussed separately.
